Strawberries and Watermelon another painting in the Organic Series

I have been eating strawberries all day, so I think I will add some to my painting.

I start the painting by drawing in blue paint the basic shapes.

I add some of the darker areas with the blue paint.

I begin the background and fill in some of the shapes with the basic color of the area.

I add the green tops to the berries.

I start adding some detail.

Almost done. I will do a little more glazing when it dries.
